Keyboard help
Tap letters and vowel signs, or use your phone/computer keyboard. For phonetic typing, select an Indic transliteration keyboard in your device settings. This keyboard enters script characters directly.
Type with English letters
Local ITRANS transliteration for supported scripts. Type a phrase, review it, then insert. Use aa for आ, sh for श, kh for ख; spelling is case-sensitive. This is script conversion, not translation or Google word suggestions.
A little help getting started
Choose a language, then write with your usual keyboard or the on-screen character keyboard. All Unicode text is welcome, including languages beyond this list. Your device needs a font for the script you use.
Writing works without an account. This browser saves drafts automatically when storage is available. Use “Save a file” for a portable, editable copy. You can open it here later.
Google Drive asks you to sign in and allow access to files created through this app. It saves a separate copy when you press Save, rather than continuously syncing. Office provides shared editing with invited accounts; your local writing remains a separate draft.
On a phone, Share card can open WhatsApp or your email app when file sharing is supported. Otherwise save the image and attach it yourself. Sharing words opens a prepared message for you to send.
